一步合成核壳型纳米粉体的工艺参数研究

摘  要: 在众多的实验参数中,挑选出对能否成功包膜(包膜率y)有影响的两种材料的摩尔比x1、TiCl4的摩尔浓度x2和pH值x3三个参数.应用均匀设计方法对实验参数进行了优化,得出了回归方程和最佳的工艺参数.实验结果表明:两种材料的摩尔比为3.79,TiCl4的摩尔浓度是0.26M,pH值为9. The core- shell structure's synthesis process by one- step hydrothermal method has remarkable peculiarities, such as simple procedures and short production cycles. In order to get the product with the core - shell structure, it' s important to study the technological parameters. Among so many parameters, three pa- program, all parameters were optimized. Furthermore, the regression equation and optimal parameters were obtained. Then The results showed that when the ratio of core and shell was 3.79, the molar concentration of TiCl4 was 0. 26 M, the pH value was 9. 07, the product with high coating percent was acquired by one - step hydrothermal method.
