摘　　要： 在酶法测定血浆同型半胱氨酸含量时,L-蛋氨酸γ水解酶是关键酶试剂;对肿瘤治疗新方法的研究发现,L-蛋氨酸γ水解酶可以作为治疗试剂抑制肿瘤细胞以达到治愈目的。本文综述了L-蛋氨酸γ水解酶的来源、结构、酶学性质以及当前L-蛋氨酸γ水解酶在临床上应用的研究,并对L-蛋氨酸γ水解酶研究和应用中存在的问题和今后研究的发展做了展望。 L-methionine γ-lyase is an important enzyme used in the enzymatic determination of homocysteine in human plasma;In the study of novel antieancer therapy it was found that L-methionine γ-lyase would be used as an antitumor reagent because it could restrain the growth of tumor cells. In this paper,the source, structure ,properties and clinical applications of L-methionine γ-lyase was reviewed. In addition, some challenges and future development of L- methionine γ-lyase＇s application was discussed.
