摘 要: 研究了涂料体系中抗水剂的种类和用量对低定量、高吸收性原纸涂布后主要性能的影响。结果表明,Y(改性的丙烯酸酯共聚物)抗水剂、D(丙烯酸类聚合物)、X(苯乙烯-丙烯酸树脂类)和K(三聚氰胺甲醛树脂)等4种抗水剂对涂布纸的抗液体性能、湿拉毛强度和光学性能等影响差异很大,2%~4%用量的Y抗水剂作用时,涂布纸的Cobb值、K&N值和湿拉毛强度等指标较为均衡,有一定的湿排斥现象,但对涂布纸ISO白度和不透明度影响不大。 The influences of the species and added amount of water-resistance agents on the properties of coated high absorptive base paper with low basis weight were investigated. The four different water-resistance agents Y (modified acrylate copolymer), D( acrylic polymer), X( styrene-acrylic resin) and K( melamine formaldehyde resin) , exhibit different effects on the liquid-resistance and wet-surface strength of the coated paper. When 2%-4% of Y are used, the wet-surface strength, Cobb value and K&N value can be balanced on their higher levels with only light wet-resistance phenomenon, while the ISO brightness and opacity of the coated paper are not changed significantly.
