硬质合金表面状态对火焰法沉积复合碳材料的影响
The Influence of Cemented Carbide Statement on Deposited Carbon Coatings with Combustion Flame

摘  要: 摘要:采用C2H2与O2火焰在低钴YG系硬质合金基体上沉积复合的碳材料。分别对市售态与研磨态的硬质合金进行研究;采用扫描电镜SEM、XRD等对复合碳涂层组织结构、涂层质量以及涂层横截面的进行分析。实验结果表明:市售态YG3、YG6、YG8硬质合金经沉积后,碳涂层主要以金刚石、石墨、碳纳米管为主,涂层均致密连续,与基体呈锯齿状咬合,通过划痕法测定结合力为80~100N;研磨预处理的YG3、YG6、YG8硬质合金经沉积后,以石墨碳、碳纳米管(CNT)为主,涂层致密连续,根部钉扎在基体表层内,通过划痕法测定结合力为50~60N。 C2H2 and O2 of flame were used to deposit carbon coatings on YG series cemented carbide surface. The influence of substrate statement, lap of statement and deposition time have been investigated with the method of XRD, SEM and so on, carbon coatings structure, quality and cross sectional microstructures of carbon coating were analyzed. The results show that after depositing on the surface of substrate statement YG3, YG6 and YG8 carbon coatings are mainly made of diamond, graphite and nanometer carbon tube, coatings show continuous density and serration, its combination power is 80 - 100 N by means of marking. Lap of statement YG3, YG6 and YG8 carbon coatings are mainly made of graphite, nanometer carbon tube. Coatings show continuous density and tied tail, its combination power is 50-60 N by the means of marking.
