摘　　要： 高校扩招与体制改革对高校教师产生很大影响。文章分析了新形势下高校教师面临的问题,提出了高校教师定位转变的几个对策,以作探讨。 The increase of enrollment in colleges and the reform of its system have inserted great influence on college teachers. Based on the analysis of the present situation faced by college teachers in the new situation, the paper tries to put forward some countermeasures for dealing with the position change of college teachers.
