摘 要: 水泵选型中涉及的参数和方案往往较多,每一种参数的计算和方案的判别、比较都相当复杂,有的因素因难以量化,采用传统选泵方法不仅费时、费力,而且难以做到方案优化。目前尚没有管网叠压供水水泵选型专用软件,设计时只能对少数几个设备选型方案进行投资比较,无法进行能耗及运行性能的对比,导致性价比偏低。叙述最小二乘法拟合水泵特性曲线与如何建立水泵性能参数数据库,并根据管网叠压供水系统的水泵运行特点,在水泵选型方法、判别准则、评价指标等基础上,分析水泵选型方法的一般数学模型,为水泵选型软件的开发提供合理的计算方法和理论依据,具有广阔的实际应用前景。 The application of least square method for fitting performance curve of pump and the establishment of pump performance parameters database are introduced in this paper. According to the operation characteristics of the pump in network pressure super position water supply system, based on the analysis of pump type-selection method, differentiating criterion, evaluation indexes, and so on, the general mathematical model for pump type-selection is studied to provide reasonable calculation method and theoretic basis for thc development of pump type-sclection software.
