摘 要: 通过对农民工自主求职行为的实地调查,探究他们在不利制度条件下的生存与发展策略。分割的二元劳动力市场往往是农民工求职选择的障碍,但农民工并没有被动地受制于这种不利环境的约束,他们积极寻找适合自身特征的求职路径——构建与拓展关系网络来获得工作机会。农民工对关系网络的策略性建构与运作促使许多原本不利的因素转变为求职的有利条件,农民工的关系网络也因此在持续的求职实践中被不断地再生产出来。上述问题研究对认识转型中国社会的农民工求职行为具有积极的借鉴价值。 This paper, based on the investigation of farmer workers' job hunting, discussed their existing and development strategy in the unfavorable system. The separated dual labor force market becomes the obstacle for farmers workers to find jobs. However, they try hard to find opportunities to establish the relationship network, which transfer the negative factors to the positive ones. Thus, their relationship network is consistently reproduce through their practice. There is the great significance to understand farmer workers' job hunting in the transition period of China.
