摘 要: 通过以液体石蜡为惟一碳源和能源的选择性富集培养,从某具有有机磷生产史的农药厂内的污染泥土中分离到1株产表面活性剂的细菌,采用形态学、生理生化和16SrDNA基因序列比对分析,对其进行了研究。结果表明,该菌株属于不动杆菌属,暂定名为Acinetobacter sp.W2。通过细菌质粒消除法和细菌质粒的快速检测法实验,初步认定,该菌质粒上含有影响其产表面活性剂的功能基因。 A biosurfactant-producing bacterium strain was isolated from organophosphorus pesticides contaminated soil by using selective enriched culture medium method which used liquid paraffin as the sole carbon and energy sources. Based on the results from morphological, physiological and biochemical analysis, as well as the results from 16S rDNA sequence analysis, the strain was identified to be A cinetobacter. sp. W2. And plasmid eliminating experiment was carried out to locate the biosurfactant producing gene in the strain. The results showed that the functional gene of control biosurfactant producing was located at the plasmid.
