摘 要: 采用平面应变压缩试验,研究了热加工参数对AZ80合金性能的影响。结果表明:AZ80合金(T5态)抗拉强度随压缩温度升高呈下降趋势;在两相区(200~300℃)抗拉强度随变形量基本呈线性增大,在单相区(350~400℃),等效应变大于1.59后影响趋于平缓。AZ80抗拉强度最大可较铸态合金提高1倍以上。 The influences of hot working parameters on mechanical properties of AZ80 alloy were studied by plane strain compression. The results show that tensile strength of AZ80 (T5) decreases with the increase of compression temperature. The tensile strength increases in proportion with the increase of deformation at 200 ~300 ℃, however tensile strength doesn't change when the equivalent strain is over 1.59 at 350 ~400℃. The largest tensile strength of AZ80 is over 1 times than that of cast alloy.
