摘 要: 甲烷催化氧化偶联合成C_2烃是利用天然气资源制取化工原料最直接有效的途径.甲烷脱氢偶联要求800℃以上的高温,吸热222kJ/mol,因为在800℃以上给反应器供热十分困难,所以很难实现工业化生产.甲烷氧化偶联克服了直接脱氢偶联存在的致命缺点,可以使反应变吸热为放热,具有广阔的应用前景. Oxidative coupling of methane over La2O3/MgO mixed oxide catalysts was carried out catalytically with a methane air cofeed. As far as we know, they have not been reported up to now. The special design of reactor can reduces any gas phase contribution to the reaction. The experimental results show that a 40% La2O3/MgO catalyst had CH4 conversion around 46.9% with C2 yield about 15.5% under reaction conditions of 708℃, CH4 : O2 : N2 = 2 : 1 : 4 . Increasing gas space velocity and reaction temperature favour the forming of C2H4 and C2H6. It was found by XRD results that La2O3 and MgO are well mixed in this catalyst. The catalyst probably contains some new phase in addition to the original components which correspond to d spacing of 3.419, 3.066, 2.955, 1.972 and 1.755 A. This catalyst can give very stable activity for the title reaction after several hours test. Therefore, we can investigate into the mechanism of methane, activation on the basis of this catalyst.
