煤气废水的厌氧消化及对微量元素的需求

摘  要: 研究了煤气废水厌氧消化过程中微量元素对甲烷菌的激活作用,加入Fe、Co、Ni后产气速率和产气量都有明显提高,Fe、Co、Ni的最佳补充投加量为0.3 mg/(L·d)、0.05 mg/(L·d)、0.20 mg/(L·d);厌氧毒性测定结果表明煤气废水对厌氧菌有毒害作用,煤气废水的IC50%为254 mg/L.不同浓度的废水对甲烷菌的毒性类型不同:煤气废水中COD浓度在180 mg/L以下属代谢毒性,300 mg/L时属生理毒性,大于450 mg/L时属杀菌毒性. In this paper the stimulation effect of trace metals Fe, Co and Ni on the methanogens in anaerobic digestion of coal gasification water is studied. The results show that the trace elements can produce a stimulation effect on the anaerobic digestion. After Fe, Co, and Ni are added, the gas production rate and gas production amount increase significantly. The optimum addition dosage of Fe, Co, and Ni in the reactors is 0.3 mg/(L · d), 0.05 mg/(L · d), and 0.20 mg/(L · d) respectively. The anaerobic toxicity assay results show that coal gasification wastewater is toxic to anaerobic bacteria and the IC50% value of the wastewater is 254 mg/L. The toxic mechanism varies with different wastewater concentrations. The coal gasification wastewater is of metabolic toxin when its concentration is lower than 180 mg/L, of physiological toxin when its concentration is 300 mg/L, and of bactericidal toxin when its concentration is over 450 mg/L.
