摘　　要： 越南实行经济革新与开放已有20多年,为今后的进一步发展与起飞奠定了坚实的基础。通过与其他东南亚国家进行比较,我们不难发现,越南是一个极具发展潜力的国家,越南拥有的后发优势与制度优势,是很多东南亚国家所不具备的。笔者预测,在本世纪中期以前,越南完全有可能崛起成为东南亚的一颗经济增长新星。 Vietnam has carried out economic reform and opening for more than 20 years and thus laid solid foundations for future development. Compared with other Southeast Asian countries, Vietnam has the brightest potentialities. It is a country with late-development advantages and system advantages. The author predicts that Vietnam is quite capable of rising as a new economic star in Southeast Asia before the middle of this century.
