摘　　要： 假设新兴技术扩散过程服从马尔科夫过程，在新兴技术扩散曲线的基础上，利用微分方程知识建立了新兴技术“S”型扩散模型，并利用数学知识对新兴技术的扩散过程进行了定量和定性分析。 The paper analyses university students of China entrepreneurship education and its major problems at present such as entrepreneurship model singleness, entrepreneurship education system incomplete and so on. put forward China＇s university students in the entrepreneurship education model and effective path, That is, raise the level of entrepreneurship education teachers, the correct guidance and rational design of the performance of teachers, improve the education of university students entrepreneurship course system, establish and improve the entrepreneurship education of university students investment system, for the development of entrepreneurship education provide a useful thought with expanding enrollment of university.
