摘　　要： 本文介绍了利用单片机控制的电阻电容在线测试的原理和方法,并分析了造成误差的原因,该技术无需从电路板上焊开元器件便可直接测量各元件的参数,即保持了印刷电路板的完好无损,又大大提高了测试的速度和精度。 The paper presents a method of on-line testing of the resistance and capacitor using MCU without disconnecting it from the circuit. The error of this method is also discussed.
