摘　　要： 随着经济快速发展,中国能源需求大幅上升,能源进口依存度攀升使得能源安全问题凸显,寻求海外能源资源、保障能源安全,成为关系到中国现代化建设成败的战略性问题。从地缘政治学视角看,中国能源外交存在与邻国竞争关系、受到大国遏制、与周边能源供应国合作不稳定等问题。因此,中国应采取包括建立全局性的能源规划分析、注重能源外交的地区平衡、提升能源企业外交意识等对策,保障自身能源安全。 With its quick economic development, China needs more energy than ever. Getting more overseas energy resources has become strategically important for China＇s energy security and modernization. From the geopolitical perspective, China＇s energy diplomacy faces such problems as the competition with the neighboring countries, the super- power＇s energy control and the unstable cooperation with energy - supplying countries. To ensure its energy security, China should adopt such policies and measures as an overall energy plan, balanced diplomatic policies for different areas, and a better diplomatic awareness of the energy enterprises.
