摘　　要： 探讨动态能力的积累机制将有助于更为深刻地理解企业的成长过程。本文系统地分析了动态能力积累的自觉式积累机制与自发式积累机制,以及自觉机制与自发机制相结合的复合机制的形成机理。本文认为,在动态能力积累过程中,企业家起着至关重要的作用,企业家能力决定了一个企业的动态能力积累的路径和位势。 It＇s helpful for understanding the firm＇s growth by exploring the evolution of dynamic capabilities. This paper analyses two ways of the evolution of dynamic capabilities which includes self-based evolution and planningbased evolution. During the evolution of dynamic capabilities entrepreneur has an important function to decide the path and position of the dynamic capabilities.
