摘　　要： "增城模式"的核心就在于贯彻落实科学发展观。其基本线索是:减少农业人口,加快剩余劳动力的转移,拓展农民的就业空间,并改善农业效率;其科学内涵在于:一是以人为本,围绕民生促发展;二是统筹兼顾,推进全面协调可持续发展。 Carrying out scientific outlook on development is the core of＂ ZengCheng mode＂. The basic clue of the mode is as follows to reduce agriculture population, to advance residual Labor force transference, to broaden the farmers employment space and improve agriculture efficiency. The scientific meaning of the model is as follows：The first, people-oriented, putting greater emphasis on people＇s wellbeing to speed development. The second, planning as a whole to strike a proper balance in order to promote comprehensive, balanced and sustainable development.
