摘 要: 为培养食品类研究生复合型人才,以适应社会发展的需要,根据食品专业高级人才培养规格和课程体系的改革与实践,对课程体系、教学体系、导师队伍建设、研究生论文工作等4个方面的培养模式改革进行了探讨。 Training compound talents of postgraduates in food specialty is the requirement of social development, according to advanced talents training standard and the reform and practice of course system, the reform of compound talents training mode of postgraduates in food specialty was discussed from four aspects, such as course system, teaching system, team construction of tutor and theses of postgraduates.
