摘 要: 在对气体分馏装置进行能量及州分析的基础上,指出了气体分馏装置的潜力和改进方向;运用三环节方法结合工艺操作分析,对能量综合优化进行定量的研究。据测算三环节能量综合优化可使某气体分馏装置的年度化总费用降低约284.4万元,经济效益提高。探讨了扩产和能量综合优化之间的关系,得出两者的方向是一致的。 On the basis of energy and exergy analysis of gas fractionator, improvement direc-tions were pointed out. The optimization in these directions would remarkably lower the energy consumption and yearly total cost, and led to increase the profit. The relation between expansion and energy integrated optirnization were discussed and their directions were consistent.
