摘 要: 在对软开关逆变器电路拓扑和控制模式进行理论分析的基础上,建立了新型脉冲M IG/MAG软开关逆变电源的数学模型,推导出了整个系统的传递函数。在此基础上对系统性能进行详细的分析,揭示弧焊逆变电源主电路和双闭环恒流(或恒压)控制电路的结构、参数与系统动态性能之间的关系,为软开关逆变电源的实际设计及研制奠定了基础。 Based on the theory analysis of the circuit topology of soft switching inverter, the math model of the new type pulsed MIG/ MAG soft switching inverter welding power is set up, the transfer function of the whole system is educed. Based on this, the relations between the main circuit of the arc welding inverter, the structure, the parameters of the double closed loop control circuit and the dynamic performance of the system are opened out. So the base of the design and research of the soft switching inverter is established.
