摘 要: 全自动视觉激光打标机以LabVIEW为软件开发平台,以PC机为控制主体,整合计算机硬件资源与激光器、工业相机、机械手等测控硬件资源,采用软硬件标准化、一体化、模块化设计,构建产品检测与标记系统,实现上料、检测、打标、下料等工序的一体化、流程化操作。且具备完善的保护报警功能及一定的错误自处理功能,具有自动化程度高、生产效率高、适用范围广等性能优势。 The automatic OPTMV-Laser Marking Ⅱ has been developed successfully based on half-automatic OPTMV-Laser Marking I. Personal computer (PC) is the central part of control units. Making used of software of LabVIEW, the system of products inspection and marking is constructed by compounding resources of computer hardware and instruments of test & control, such as laser-marking, industrial camera, manipulator and so on. Both of hardware and software of this equipment are designed normally, wholly and blocky. This equipment can accordingly and orderly completes the operations of loading, inspection, marking and unloading. It also has the functions of alarming and tracking the errors itself to some extent. Thus, it has many advantages such as wide application, great automation and efficiency.
