摘 要: 对桉木木片在制浆前的碱预处理和热水预水解提取半纤维素的工艺进行了研究。碱预处理的实验结果表明,90℃下预处理2h,在碱浓8%、液比8:1和碱浓10%、液比10:1两种条件下的戊聚糖提取率较高;在相同的碱浓、液比和温度条件下,以及O.5~13h的时间范围内,戊聚糖提取率与预处理反应时间的自然对数之间呈线性相关。水预水解的实验结果表明,在相同温度下,液比对戊糖提取率和提取液pH值的影响不明显;在相同保温时间和液比的条件下,随着预处理温度的升高,戊糖提取率显著增加;在液比15:1下保温1h,温度由140%增至180℃,戊糖提取率由0.74%增加到40.32%。 The pre-extraction of hemicellulose from eucalyptus chips before pulping was studied in this paper. The processes of alkaline pre- treatment and hot-water extraction were investigated. The alkaline pretreatment results indicated that the relative extraction yield of pentosan is higher when extraction was carried out at 90℃ for 2 hours with alkaline concentration of 8% ( or 10% ) and liquor-to-wood ratio of 8:1 ( or 10:1 ). The relative extraction yield of pentosan is hnearly correlated with the natural logarithm of pretreatment time in the range of 0.5 hour to 13 hours under the same other conditions. The results of water pre-hydrolysis showed that liquor-to-wood ratio has little effect on the rela- tive extraction yield of pentose and the pH value of extracting solution at the same temperature. The relative extraction yield of pentose is obviously improved with increasing temperature. When the maximum temperature increased from 140℃ to 180℃, and with 1 hour retention time and 15:1 liquor-to-wood ratio, the relative extraction yield of pentose increases from 0.74% to 40.32%.
