摘 要: 用电导率法研究了β-环糊精(β-CD)与阳离子表面活性剂十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(C21H46NCl)的包结作用.研究表明:十八烷基三甲基氯化铵与β-CD形成包结物,当体系中β-CD浓度增加时十八烷基三甲基氯化铵的表观临界胶束浓度(cmc*)增加,实验体系的表观临界胶束浓度(cmc*)与β-CD的浓度呈较好的线性关系.用紫外光谱测得十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(C21H46NCl)与β-CD主要形成摩尔比为1:1的包结物,并计算包结物体系的包结常数和包结过程的热力学参数. Inclusion complexation of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) with octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (C21H46NCl) in aqueous solutions was studied by the conductance method .The result showed that due to formation of inclusion complexation of β-CD with octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, the critical micelle concentration (cmc^*) of octadecyl tfimethyl ammonium chloride is increased by increasing the concentration of β-CD. The cmc of the experimental systems varies linearly with β-CD concentration. It has been determined by UV that the production of inclusion complexation of β-CD with octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride is mainly of the 1:1(moleradio) type. Moreover, association constants and thermodynamic parameters were calculated.
