摘 要: 针对小力值测试系统量程较小,测试结果受环境干扰比较大这一问题,提出了一种系统动态标定方法。动态标定时,标准梯形波信号由信号发生器发出,经激振器作用到被标定测试系统上,被标定传感器和标准传感器分别输出电压信号,由数据采集卡接收至PC机进行分析计算。从系统结构、测试环境等方面分析了标定时误差的来源并加以解决。同时,介绍了利用软件模拟了标准梯形波信号调整与显示的方法。调整后的动态标定装置和标准梯形波可广泛用于各种测试工程的动态标定当中。 A kind of method of system dynamic calibration is put forward to solve the problem that the measurable force of a small-force measuring system is small and the measuring resuh disturbed by environment is large relatively. In the dynamic calibration,The standard echelon wave is sent out from signal generator, transmitted by shake implement, and exported separately by calibrated sensor and standand sensor, received by dater collection card, analyzed in PC. By researching the system structure and measuring environment, the source of error in the process of calibrating is analyzed and solved additionally, a method of standard trapezoidal wave signal adjustment and display using a kind of software is introduced. Adjusted dynamic calibration equipment and trapezoidal wave can be widely used in many kinds of dynamic calibration of test engineering.
