摘 要: 为解决曲轴体毛坯锻造胎模在生产中工作寿命过低的问题,采用有限元方法分析模具在工作时的受力状况,提出采用组合式模具的解决方案,并根据有限元分析结果确定模具设计的各项参数。新设计的组合式模具投入生产后,其工作寿命为原有整体式模具的数倍,证明模具改进效果显著,也表明在模具设计中深入应用有限元技术具有重要意义。 The finite element method was used to analysis the stress in the forging mould of crankshaft blank to solvethe long existed problem of the forging mould short working life. A combined structure forging mould was designed and the parameters were determined according to the results of the analysis, The working life of the combined structure mould was several times longer than the original mould. It indicates that the improvement of the mould structure is significant and it is important to use the finite element method in mould design.
