摘　　要： 探讨了赠书开发研究的方法、赠书质量引导调控途径及措施,提出了解决所面临问题的对策。 This paper probes into the ways for the development and study of donated books, approaches and methods for the quality guidance and regulation, and puts forward some countermeasures for solving the faced problems.
