摘　　要： 简介了注塑模内贴标成型原理、工艺和应用发展趋势,根据实际产品的应用案例分析了注塑模内贴标在塑料产品成型过程中的影响因素和工艺要点,提出了模内贴标塑料模具的特点及其设计的一般原则,分析了模内贴标产品的常见缺陷,并给出了改善措施。 The molding principle, technics and trend of application and development of injection in-mold labeling （IML） are introduced simply. Based on the applied cases of IML part design, the effect factors and technical points of injection IML in the molding process of plastics part are analysed, characteristics of IML plastic molding and general principles for plastic molding are presented. As the same time, the defects of IML parts are analyzed, and the measures of improvement are given.
