摘 要: 通过室内测定,明确MPCA对不同小麦品种生长发育、根系活力及叶绿素含量的影响存在着较大的差异。研究结果表明,豫麦54对MPCA耐药性强,豫麦18耐药性最弱,周麦9号、七里湾一号居中,同一小麦品种土壤处理法比茎叶处理法影响安全性要强;MPCA对豫麦54根系活力及叶绿素含量影响最小,对豫麦18、周麦9号、七里湾一号影响较大;MPCA对根系活力及叶绿素含量的影响土壤处理法大于茎叶处理法。 This paper studied the effect of MPCA to the growth and development, the vigor of roots and the content of the chlorophyll of different kinds of wheat through indoor experiments. The results demonstrated that the Yumai54's insecticide tolerance was the best while the Yumai18's was the worst, and the Zhoumaig's or the Qiliyuanl's was moderate. The wheat which was treated with stems and leaves treatment was more secure than the same one which was treated with soil treatment. The effect of MPCA to the vigor of roots and the content of the chlorophyll of Yumai54 is the smallest, which is more great to Yumai18 ,Zhoumai9 and Qiliyuanl. The wheat which was treated with soil treatment is more easily affected by MPCA than the one which was treated with stems and leaves treatment.
