摘 要: 采用高能球磨法制备Al2O3-CeO2-ZrO2-Ni复合粉末,并模拟催化剂的工作环境对球磨粉末进行焙烧。运用XRD研究了球磨粉体的组织结构,测定其耐热性能。结果表明,经30h球磨的复合粉体中Al2O3,CeO2和ZrO2均明显细化,而Ni较难磨细。该球磨粉体在600℃低温下的热稳定性良好。若温度不超过1000℃短时焙烧,粉末基本保持活性相,但温度一旦高达1100℃,则完全变成无活性相。 Al2O3-CeO2-ZrO2-Ni composite powder was prepared by high-energy ballmilling and was annealed simulating the working environment of catalyst. The phase structure of ballmilled powder was investigated using X-ray diffraction(XRD) and its thermal stability was measured,too. The results show that Al2O3, CeO2 and ZrO2 will be well refined after being ballmilled for 30 h, but Ni will remain coarse for the composite powder. This ballmilled composite powder will provide a good thermal stability at low temperature of 600 ℃. The composite powder will stay active phase when sort-time annealed at the high temperatune lower than 1000 ℃, whereas it will be completely deactivated when annealed at the temperature as high as 1100 ℃.
