摘　　要： 运用模糊数学原理，探讨了交通量预测及公路网等级结构确定的决策原理和方法，并结合上海市的实际情况作了运用，取得了较为满意的结果。 Based on the fuzzy mathematics principle, this paper studied the decisionmaking principle and method of traffic volume prediction and highway network classes construction definition. Then, used in the Shanghai Highway Network Planning, it has got a satisfactory practical effect.
