摘　　要： 利用自行研制的振动试验台,对变速箱振动性能进行检测,并构建振动信号采集分析系统、系统软件设计采用结构化模块程序设计,便于调试与维护,系统操作简单、快捷,具有多种实时检测功能和友好生动的人机界面,并具有系统自检、容错和完善的统计报表功能. With the development of the information technology and mechanical industry, the higher and higher mechanical speed, and mechanical vibration cause noise and affect people＇s living. The paper introduces the vibration performance testing system of the transmission, many function, such as structural module program design, operate simple, amicable human-machine interface, and self-testing and torrent of table are expounded.
