摘 要: 本文分析了冷链对食品的保鲜作用和目前中国冷链物流的发展状况及冷链行业中存在的问题,最后从食品冷链的规范标准、冷链物流各个环节、基础设施的建设以及冷链专业人才的培训等方面探讨了我国未来食品冷链物流的发展趋势。 This paper briefly introduces the principles of the food freshness retention by Cold Chain Logistics (CCL), the present development in China CCL and its current problems. The future development trend in China CCL is also discussed, including standard of CCL, relevant steps (processing, storage, transportation and distribution) of the CCL, infrastructure construction and professional personnel training.
