摘　　要： 21世纪之初,中国共产党和日本共产党这两个最具有代表性的共产党都修订了党章,对党的性质、指导思想和宗旨等内容进行了新的表述。两党都不约而同地认为共产党的性质具有阶级性、国民性和民族性等特点,但两党在指导思想和目标等表述上又有不同,表明两党面临的国情不同。两党都认为党章这些变化是根据国内外形势进行的部分调整,而不是党的性质的根本转变。 At the outset of the 21st century, two most representative communist parties, i.e. the CPC and the CPJ, amended their respective party constitution with new formulations about the party＇s nature, guidelines, and objectives. The two parties happened to reach the consensus that the nature of the communist party should be imprinted with class consciousness, national and nationalist character and the like, while their elaboration on guidelines and objectives differ, which indicates that the two parties are confronted with different realities. And both parties think that the new regulations do not suggest any fundamental change in the nature of the party, but indicate partial adjustment in light of changing situations home and abroad.
