摘 要: 利用Fuzzy集的方法,建立了短缺水电资源分配的数学模型.该模型在剔除申报额“水份”,确定承担资源短缺后果比率等方面做了较好的工作.将模型设计成计算机软件包,通过模拟运行,获得使用单位的好评. A mathematical model is built for assignment of short water and electricity by the aid of fuzzy sets. Because the false reported data is eliminated in it,A better job has been done in determining rate of accepting the shortage resources consequences.The model is programmed into a computer software.Its analogue is appriated by the sections who use it
