摘　　要： 采用浸渍法制备了Ni-Ce催化剂并用于甲烷部分氧化与水蒸汽重整耦合反应过程。实验考察了焙烧温度、还原条件、前驱体原料等制备条件对催化剂活性的影响,并研究了催化剂的积炭情况及稳定性。结果发现,在适宜的制备条件下得到的Ni-Ce催化剂对本反应体系具有良好的催化性能,转化率和选择性均达到95%以上。 Ni - Ce catalysts were prepared by impregnation method and applied in the process of methane, oxygen and steam catalytic oxidation and reformation to syngas. The effects of calcination temperature, reduction condition and raw material on the catalytic performance of the catalysts and the stability of the catalysts were investigated. It was found that the Ni - Ce catalyst prepared under the optimal preparation conditions exhibited high activity with the methane conversion, H2 and CO selectivity reaching over 95%.
