摘 要: 专门针对相同钢筋类型(保护层厚度、钢筋类型、钢筋直径以及配筋率)的钢筋混凝土梁,开展锈蚀率对其抗弯刚度影响研究,通过对相同类型但不同锈蚀率的钢筋混凝土梁静载试验,得到了挠度与曲率的关系,进而分析了锈蚀率对梁曲率的影响,推导出跨中弯矩与曲率之间的关系,进一步考虑不同锈蚀率下弯矩增长与抗弯刚度之间的关系,建立了考虑锈蚀率的梁的抗弯刚度退化系数计算公式.可为既有公路混凝土桥梁耐久性评估提供参考依据. The reinforced concrete beams with the same steel type, concrete cover, steel diameter and ratio are chosen as the specific research object. The effect of corrosion ratio on flexural stiffness of these RC beams is discussed. Based on static test for these beams, the relationship between the deflection and the curvature is obtained, and the effect of corrosion ratio on curvature is analyzed. The relationship between the moment in mid-span and the curvature is derived. To consider the relationship between the increasing moment and the stiffness for different corroded beams, the computational equation with corrosion ratio variable for the flexural stiffness degradation coefficient is presented. It can provide a basic reference for the durability evaluation of existing highway concrete bridges.
