摘 要: 通过对基本型群钻结构及相关参数的分析,根据某种工具磨床各轴的运动特点,建立了基于此磨床的群钻数学模型,并用刀具虚拟刃磨软件得到了满意的仿真结果,为刃磨参数的求解、群钻刃磨仿真软件的后续开发以及在此磨床上实现群钻的机械化和自动化刃磨提供了理论基础。 Through analyzing the construction and relative parameters of the basic type Chinese multi - facet drill ( CMFD ) , mathematical models based on a kind of tool grinder are established according to the motion characteristics of each axis of the machine, and a satisfying simulation result is achieved with the tool virtual grinding software. It provides foundation for solving grinding parameters, developing software for simulating the grinding process and grinding the drill mechanically and automatically with this grinding machine.
