摘 要: 冷封技术有诸多的优点,但在实际应用中易出现薄膜封合不严的问题,针对此问题进行了分析研究。升高封合温度虽然可以提高薄膜的封合强度,但在冷封包装的低温生产环境中不现实;改变生产薄膜的印刷工艺参数,可提高冷封薄膜的封合强度。 The cold seal technology has many advantages, but the untight seal of cold sealing films easily arises in its practical. This paper analysed the reasons to come about the problem. Increasing of sealing temperature can increase the sealing strength, but it is un- practical in low temperature production surroundings of cold seal packaging. Changing the printing process parameters can increase the sealing strength of cold seal films.
