新型丙烯酸乳液对木浆增强作用的研究

摘  要: 以自制超支化聚合物作为分散剂,合成了丙烯酸乳液增强剂,并探讨了其在漂白木浆中的应用条件,如乳液用量、反应时间、硫酸铝用量、浆料pH值、搅拌速度等对其增强效果的影响。结果表明,当乳液用量为0.8%(对绝干浆)、反应时间5min、硫酸铝用量为0.5%(对绝干浆)、搅拌速度150r/min时,纸页抗张指数和撕裂指数与未加助剂时相比分别增加了25.14%和36.48%,浆料pH值对增强效果影响不大。红外光谱分析表明,合成的丙烯酸乳液具有与设计相同的结构;通过对添加聚合物前后纸页的扫描电镜照片对比,对增强机理作了初步探讨。 Novel acrylic latex was synthesized through a self-made hyperbranched polymer and such application conditions as dosage of the latex, reaction time, amount of aluminum sulfate, pH value of stock and agitating speed on the strengthening effect on bleached wood pulp were explored. The results showed that compared with paper characteristics without acrylic latex, tensile and tearing index of paper sheets of wood pulp were increased by 25.14% and 36.48% at charge of the polymer 0.8% (on oven dry pulp) respectively, reaction time 5 min, dosage of aluminum sulfate 0.5% (on oven dry pulp) and agitsting speed 150 drain and the effect of pH value of stock was not obbious. Infrared spectrum analysis indicated that the molecular structure of the synthetized acrylic latex was the same as the designed one and its strengthening mechanism was also explored preliminarily by comparing photographs from scanning electron microscopy (SEM) between paper sheets before and after acrylic latex treatment.
