摘 要: 研究发现,在镦挤过程中,坯料中心出现上下两个刚性区。当压下量较小时,上刚性区较大,随着镦挤过程的进行,上刚性区逐渐减小,并与下刚性区靠近。对比平板镦粗和漏盘镦挤来看,平板镦粗过程中坯料心部的金属产生的等效应变比漏盘镦挤剧烈。 Results show that there are two rigid zones in the billet during the upsetting-extruding. The upper rigid zone is larger than the lower one when the reduction is small. The upper rigid zone decreases and approaches the lower one as the upsetting-extruding goes. The comparison of the upsettingextruding and the fiat plates upsetting shows that there is more intense equivalent strain in the heart of thebillet metal during the fiat plates upsetting than that during the upsetting-extruding.
