农药残留速测技术方法与进展

摘  要: 为了确保农产品的安全性,对蔬菜等农产品进行农药残留快速检测十分必要。目前农药残留快速检测有酶学法和化学检测法。由于这两种速测方法只能定性,不可定量,并且影响检测结果的干扰因素较多。为此,以ELISA为基础建立的农药残留酶联免疫检测法,以其专化性强、灵敏度高,将逐渐成为有发展前景的定性与定量相结合的农药残留速测技术。 The increasing concern on the security of agricultural products has stimulated the development of methods for rapid detection of pesticide residues including enzymic method and chemical method. The enzymic method is based on the inhibition of acetylcholinesterase activity by organophosphate and carbonate insecticides, and the pesticide residues are detected by colorimetrie assay. But this method is sensitive to enzyme source, reaction condition, and sometimes results in false positive. The chemical method is based the hydrolysis of organophosphate triesters catalyzed by metal ions and the reaction of hydrolysis products with chromogenie reagents. Although both the enzymic method and chemieal method have been widely used in some regions including Shanghai and Jiangsu, these two methods share the same drawbacks, such as qualitative detection rather than quantitative detection in addition to sensitivity to several disturbing factom. Alternatively, the enzyme immunosorbent assay (ELISA) shows premising application future in pesticide residue detection due to its specificity, high sensitivity and the combination of qualitative detection and quantitative detection.
