摘　　要： 本文以广州市为例,分析了建筑垃圾相关政府职能部门的设置状况和存在的问题,并对完善政府部门的职能和机构设置问题上提出"小循环"与"大循环"的管理理念。 The paper, taking Guangzhou for example, analyzes the current situation and the problems of government on the management of construction waste. Some suggestions, such as ＂small circulation＂ and ＂big circulation＂ mode, to the amelioration for the function and organization of government on construction waste are put forward in the end.
