摘 要: 在对因特网个性化信息服务产生的背景、个性化信息服务的概念、特点、服务方式以及个性化信息服务模型作简要介绍的基础上,主要探讨了因特网个性化信息服务中存在的问题:用户需求的表达与理解问题、知识产权与隐私保护问题、标准问题、反馈问题以及用户识别等,并针对以上问题探讨了个性化信息服务的策略,提出了一些建设性的意见。 Based on the brief introduction of the background, concept, characteristics, service mode as well as the model of Internet personalized information services,this paper mainly focus on some problems of personalized information service:the expression and understanding of user's needs.intellectual property fights and privacy protection.standards.feedback as well as issues such as user's identification and so on. In order to solve these problems ,this paper put forward some useful strategies.
