摘 要: 研究了Gd5Si1.975Ge1.975T0.05(T为Ni、Mn、Cr、Co、Fe)合金的结构及磁热效应。XRD结果显示:当T元素的原子序数为偶数时,合金形成了单一的Gd5Si2Ge2单斜结构;而当原子序数为奇数时,则为Gd5Si2Ge2单斜结构和正交结构的混合相。在拥有单一相的合金中均发现了巨磁热效应,然而在具有混合相的合金中由于未能发生一级结构相变而导致了低的磁熵变。此外,Gd5Si1.975Ge1.975Cr0.05合金的磁制冷量达到了112J/kg,相对于Gd5Si2Ge2合金提高了50%。 The structure and magnetocaloric effect of Gd5Si1.975Ge1.975T0.05 (T=Ni, Mn, Cr, Co and Fe) alloys were studied. XRD results show that when the atomic number of T element is even, the Gd5Si1.975Ge1.975T0.05 (T= Ni,Fe,Cr)alloys have a single Gd5Si2Ge2 phase with monoclinic crystalline and hold the giant magnetocaloric effect, but in the case of odd atomic number in T element, the Gd5Si1.975Ge1.975T0.05 (T = Mn, Co)alloys have mixed phases with monoclinic and orthorhombic crystalline and a second order transition was found. In addition, the magnetic refrigeration capacity (MRC) reached to 112 J/kg in Gd5Si1.975Ge1.975Cr0.05 alloys, which increases by 50% compared with Gd5Si2Ge2 alloy.
