摘 要: 针对目前轴承套圈毛坯生产行业的需求,设计了一种基于PLC、变频器控制的轴承套圈毛坯自动上料装包生产线,分析了生产线的组成及电气控制设计方案,提出了生产线可靠性设计方案.该生产线自动化程度高,对提高装包质量和效率效果显著,应用前景广阔. According to the needs of the industry of beating ring blank, a kind of automatic charging and packing line for bearing ring blank based on PLC and frequency converter was designed, the components and the electric controlling design proposal were analyzed, the design scheme of reliability was proposed. The production line had advantages of high automatic level, high packaging quality and efficiency, and had a satisfactory application future.
