摘 要: 采用微合金化和控轧控冷工艺开发了500 MPa级海洋平台用钢,分析了热轧工艺参数对其组织性能的影响,通过降低终轧温度,针状铁素体中M/A岛的数量减少,可以提高钢的低温韧性。利用透射电镜对析出物的形貌、尺寸、成分进行了分析,发现Nb、Ti复合添加时析出物的特点,即富Nb的(Nb、Ti)C以富Ti的方形(Ti,Nb)(C,N)为核心形成帽状物。 The paper researched the effect of rolling parameter on microstructure and mechanical property of 500MPa offshore platform plate. When the finish rolling temperature is lower, the amount of M/A constituent would be decreased and toughness of plate increased. The morphology, size, chemical composition of precipitate were gotten through TEM analysis. The undissoloved Ti-rich (Ti, Nb)(C, N) carbonitrides was the hererogeneous nucleation sites for the (Nb.Ti)C carbides. The core parts of cubic shape was Ti-rich (Ti, Nb)(C, N) carbonitrides and the cap parts is Nb-rich (Nb ,Ti)(C, N) carbonitrides.
