摘 要: 对汽车工业发达国家的报废汽车回收工艺流程进行了探讨,并根据工艺流程以及报废汽车破碎后各种材料的不同特性,论述了气流分选和磁选在报废汽车钢铁材料回收中的应用。针对难以回收的非磁性材料,重点探讨了滚筒筛分、涡流分选、水力分级、重介质分选以及双能 X 射线分选等各种选矿技术在汽车破碎残渣分选过程中的应用。 The process flow of discarded vehicles recycling in the United States and Europe is discussed. Based on the process and the different characteristics of fragmentized residue of automobiles, the application of airflow classification and magnetic separation in recycling of steel materials is introduced. The non-magnetic splinters of residue is hard to separate, so the application of separating techniques such as the roller screen, eddy current, water power. heavy medium sink-float and dual energy X-ray on the process of residue separation is mainly discussed.
