摘 要: 在井口释放悬重压缩封隔器胶筒的过程中,井下管柱会发生屈曲。屈曲管柱与井壁之间存在轴向摩擦力。摩擦力越大,井口释放的悬重传递到封隔器上的有效载荷越小,严重时,将影响封隔器胶筒的张开与密封。本文将管柱作为井眼约束下的空间压杆,建立了管柱失稳变形微分方程,分析了管柱弯曲失稳的临界载荷、弯曲管柱与井壁的接触反力与轴向摩擦力,编制了实用计算程序,考察了摩擦系数、管柱尺寸、井眼尺寸对轴力传递效率的影响。 When the parking force is large than criteria buckling force, tubing strings were buckled. The buckled tubing strings contact with borehole, resulting contacting forces and axial frictional forces. The axial frictional forces influence the transmission of parking loads from wellhead to parker. To analyze the influence, differential equation was derived and analyzed, resulting in criteria buckling forces, contacting forces and calculating methods of axial force. Based works mentioned above, a computer program was developed. And, the influences of different frictional diameters of bore holes were analyzed.
