综放工作面煤层混合式注水防尘技术

摘  要: 为了降低综采工作面粉尘浓度,基于煤层注水及防尘机理进行分析基础上,提出混合式煤层注水方式,并介绍了注水参数的确定方法。通过对现场试验数据分析得到了注水量与注水压力及注水时间的关系,并得到了煤层注水与降低工作面现场的粉尘(全尘与呼尘)含量间的关系。现场试验表明该技术能够较好地增加难注水煤体的含水量,同时减少综放工作面的粉尘产生量。 In order to reduce the dust density of the fully mechanized coal mining face and base on the analysis of the seam water injection and dust-proof mechanism, the paper provided the combined seam water injection method and introduced the method to set up the Water injection parameters. With the analysis on the site test data, there was a relationship between the water injection quantity, water injection pressure and water injection time and the relationship between the seam water injection and the face dust content reducing obtained. The site test showed that the technology could increase the water content of the water injection difficult seam and could reduce the dust content of the coal mining face.
