摘 要: 目的针对提出的一种新型锥齿轮-对数螺旋锥齿轮,研究其加工工艺过程中刀具与加工齿轮间的位置与运动关系,以便最终实现这种新型锥齿轮的加工.方法应用对数螺旋锥齿轮的啮合理论,通过建立多轴数控机床的数学模型的方法进行分析研究.结果建立了在加工对数螺旋锥齿轮大轮时刀盘与工件之间的几何关系与数学关系,在此基础上,通过分析加工时刀盘与工件间运动关系验证了对数螺旋锥齿轮齿面啮合矢量方程的正确性.结论证明了对数螺旋锥齿轮啮合原理的正确性,为进一步研究对数螺旋锥齿轮的加工工艺提供了理论基础,进而可以实现这种新型锥齿轮的方便快捷的加工. Based on the meshing theory of logarithmic spiral bevelgear, the location and the movement relationship between the tool and the machining gear in the processing technology of logarithmic spiral bevel gear are studied by establishing the mathematical model of multi- axis NC (Numerical Control) machines. Both the geometric and the mathematic relationships between the tool and the workpiece were established. By analysis of the movement relationship between the tool and the workpiece, the correctness of tooth flank meshing vector equation was validated. The correctness lays a theoretical foundation on further study of the processing technology of logarithmic spiral bevel gear, and thus, the new - style bevel gear can be machined conveniently and quickly.
